EDWARD'S ALTERNATIVE CHRISTMAS SPEECH
While many of us will be subjected to listen to Her Majesty droning
on about the difficulties associated with the year on December 25th, Alaric provides a happier alternative with
a spoof version - featuring his 'signature' role of the moment - Edward - providing the commentary... Merry Christmas!
OLD COAL
A vision into the past - how Coal could have looked had it been
done as a black and white, soundless piece from the 1930s. Complete with the music (almost) relevant to the time and
subtitled accordingly.
THE TROUBLESOME ENGINES SAGA COMMENTARIES
Following the release of the Troublesome Engines redubs, Alaric
compiled these two commentaries of his work which provide some insight into the production itself and what we missed out on.
Tenders and Turntables has a narrative overlay, whilst Trouble In The Shed uses text subtitles to provide the commentary.
THE FAT CONTROLLER'S MONOLOGUES
The Fat Controller's Monologues are the genius product of
Alaric's writing and The Old Bean's outstanding portrayal of the character. Each monologue sees a different topic
being covered each time through the Fat Controller's own interpretation such as his views on Cars, issuing apologies to people,
clearing up misconceptions and attacking his arch nemesis Mr Percival!
BRUCE'S PHILOSOPHERS SONG - Monty Python
A short but humorous piece featuring the Troublesome Trucks singing
Bruce's Philosophers Song by Monty Python.
BRANCH LINE ENGINES AUDIO SHORT
Mistaken Identity
A short improvised piece featuring Ciremi and The Old Bean
in their Branch Line Engines dub roles, in which a drug-test goes disastrously wrong!
SODOR STUDIOS 10 REDUB/2 YEAR FEATURETTE
To mark two years of redubbing as a group, a short musical piece
has been compiled with musics relevant to each dub we have done over the time we've been together, with featured Music
Soundtracks (Sillyevan), original pieces (The Old Bean & Captain Punjab) and the Music Videos (Kate669).
CRANKY BUGS - Redub II
RH&CS Productions
ride again! The original dub for this one was the first we ever scripted. Hence the fact that there are now new
scenes in this redub have been created from the archives uncovered by Christopher, as well as better quality footage,
music soundtrack content and sound to boot throughout. It's still the same redub with the same voiceovers
and format of the time, but much much better!
THE XELENT STUDIO OUTTAKES
The Xelent Studios ran two sets of outtakes following the completion
of their last two audio projects - Small Railway Engines and original audio production - We All Make Mistakes. The latter
also includes select cast interviews as they give their views on the production and how they thought it went.
WORK AND PLAY
A very short Yard test clip where the engines discuss how much
work they've done that day. Incidentally, this is the first Yard related piece that Ciremi done prior to working on
Love Train.
FRIENDS OR NOT
While Oliver and Duck never made an appearance in the fuller Yard
films, they did get their very own special short here, where they discuss whether or not they're friends.
A CHRISTMAS ADVERTISEMENT
A very special all singing locomotive has decided to plug his debut
album, and The Old Bean has been on hand to help him do so! A short comedy piece from Christmas 2005.
A rather festive narrative redub taken from Series 10 as a
means of marking Christmas, developing the repetitive storyline of the original and creating a better written version of Thomas's
Frosty Friend.
CHRISTOPHER'S THANKS AND NEW ENGINE DUB
Following the completion of his Series 8 dubs, Christopher
issued this very nice piece to say thank you to everyone who helped with the work he did and offered their support to the
dubs. To end things on a nice little high note, he also threw in a special redub of Thomas and the New Engine
narrated by The Old Bean.
CHRIS SIGNORE REDUBS - Resource and Sagacity
An inventive
and exciting redub from Christopher Signore, taking two vintage recordings from Oliver the Western Engine, as read
by Willie Rushton, and merging them as one story. Blending Rushton's classic tones with footage and music from the
TV Series, it's another sucess to enjoy!
THOMAS BLOWS HIS STACK
Following on from Captain Punjab and Knuckles, 01Salty has created
a Tomy Trains movie, featuring Thomas going on the rampage against his friends following repairs for a very nasty
accident.
SIR TOPHAM HATT AND THE STRANGE PILLS
The first ever in Corbs' crazy series which sees our beloved Fat
Controller feeling peckish and then becoming rather overcome by a feeling of euphoria...
