End of the line and where all miscellaneous material and special messages will go!

A Heartfelt Appreciation...

We knocked on a few doors in our quest to further research the script and production of what could have been Thomas and the Magic Railroad. A few calls remained unanswered, but those that did were very welcoming.

We'd like to extend a special thanks to everyone who has taken the time to reply and correspond with us. We realize that many of our contacts set some time aside from their busy schedules to do so, and for that, we wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to... (in the order that we contacted them by)

Doug Lennox (Actor - PT Boomer)
One of the first people we contacted about the movie.  Thanks for sharing your story about your involvement with the Magic Railroad, and being so prompt with the responses also!

Britt Allcroft (Producer/Writer/Director)
Thank you very much for taking the time to revisit your time on Thomas and the Magic Railroad, and sharing the information and experiences you did with us.  And also, thank you for continuing to do so and keeping in touch with us in regards to updates in the situation!

John Gajdecki - (Former owner GVFX, now a Visual Effects Supervisor - John's brother, Rick ran the Model Shop for the movie)
Given your busy schedule with other projects, we thank you, John for your brief, yet insightful correspondence.

A big THANKS for taking the time to personally summarize the movie's model production and shoot for the fansite - and so much more ;-)! Also thanks for permission to use your photo of the lovely viaduct model.

Russell Means - (Actor - Billy Two-Feathers)
Our many thanks to you, Russell, for setting aside some time during your weekend to speak to us about the movie. You were most patient with this so obviously amateur interviewer! We are impressed by your candor and feelings about the movie, but moreso for your positive belief that collectively, we can do something to right a wrong. We wish to also thank to your wife, Pearl, for setting everything up.

Linda Ballantyne - (Voice of Percy)
Thank you Linda for seeting some time aside from your schedule to share your memories of working on the movie with the Fansite. We do hope that your nephew and niece will someday come across their aunt's interview on the Fansite  ;-)

Thanks Dave for your down-to-earth insight about your work and what went on behind the scenes in the movie. You've given us a rare glimpse and appreciation of the work you and the model crew put into Magic Railroad. You've given us a few chuckles as well!

The Journey Continues...

As we write this on April 22, 2007, new information and material about the movie is still occasionally trickling-in from our contacts – old and new. As such, new information will be added to these web pages as it is made available. Our goal is that this section on the Fansite becomes an authoritative source on the web about the movie, just as the rest of the Fansite is true to all other things associated with Thomas & Co.

We still have many unanswered questions and information gaps about the movie, but rest assured folks, we're working on them!
